DUAL WATER LEVEL WINDOWS WITH CUP GAUGE: Check water levels without lifting the lid with the water level windows on each side of the kettle - ideal if you're right or left handed. Clearly marked on the windows are cup gauges, these show you the ideal water level needed to fill 2, 3, 5 and 7 cups. To save energy and speed up boiling, make sure to use the cup gauges to measure exactly the number of cups required before boiling.
AUTOMATIC SAFETY SHUT-OFF AND LED ON / OFF LIGHT: The red on / off power switch has an indicator light which illuminates when the kettle is boiling, so at a glance you can see if the kettle has finished heating. Once at temperature, the kettle will automatically turn off and with boil-dry protection the kettle will shut-off if it does not contain enough water.
