This is a Silverline 962219 3/8" Drive Reversible Ratchet Torque Wrench from 20 to 110 Nm with Ft Lbs Equivalent and comes complete with an 15.5" Long Rigid Plastic Carry Case.
Torque is adjusted by turning the twist grip and using the guaged barrel to set the required torque.
